Determination of the workflow of energy-saving vibration unit with polyphase spectrum of vibrations

Abstract: Розроблена нова схема збудження коливань робочих органiв блокiв вiбрацiйної установки на основi змiни фазових кутiв дебалансiв мiж собою. Реалiзацiя такої iдеї дозволяє за один оберт дебалансiв здiйснити ту кiлькiсть вiбродiй на технологiчне середовище, скiльки вiброблокiв має установка. Таким чином реалiзовано спектр частот, що значно пiдвищує ефективнiсть технологiчного процесу.
