This article describes the engineering task of wear research, when a part is turned off after a known overhaul service life and its wear is determined. It is examined how the asymmetry coefficient is determined, the modal wear value corresponding to the largest ordinate of the normal wear distribution, etc. The figures presented in the paper illustrate the right-hand and left-hand asymmetry observed during accelerated wear, as well as the typical curve of the wear distribution of machine parts. Scientific-based judgments are presented on whether machine parts have been subjected to accelerated wear. This scientific article is prepared for agricultural specialists, researchers, teachers, postgraduates, undergraduates and students of agricultural universities in the field of training “Agroengineering”.

This article describes the method of mathematical statistics for studying the wear of parts of modern machines. It is examined how the service life of the parts is established. It was also assumed that the statistical data on the size of worn parts obey the law of normal distribution. The figure presented in the paper illustrates the scheme for determining the inter-repair service life of the part for this case according to statistical data. An example is considered that allows to establish the norm of the maintenance period of the support roller of a modern tractor VT-150. This article is recommended for agricultural specialists, researchers, teachers, postgraduates, undergraduates and students of agricultural universities in the field of training “Agroengineering”.

А ННОТА Ц И Я Введение. Предложен подход к оптимальному выбору материалов, в частности, композиционных. Актуальной задачей современного материаловедения является разработка эффективных композиционных материалов, которая сопряжена с многочисленными научными исследованиями в этой области и поиском материалов с определенными добавками с целью получения необходимых свойств. Прежде всего, это показатель твердости композиционного материала. Материалы и методы. Традиционно исследуются различные составы и анализируются значения свойств, а результаты экспериментов обрабатываются различными способами. Многокритериальная оптимизация занимает особое место в теории оптимизации объектов, к которым можно отнести композиционные материалы, в частности бетоны с различными добавками. Для этого необходимо сформулировать многокритериальную задачу оптимальности, в частности двухкритериальную задачу минимизации. Результаты. Рассмотрены два эвристических критерия оптимизации, по которым сформирован векторный критерий, позволяющий при его минимизации осуществлять отбор композиционных материалов по экспериментальным данным. Векторный критерий связывает между собой изменение исследуемых свойств композиционного материала с одновременным предпочтением выбора того состава, который оптимизирует заданный критерий оптимальности. В основе построения оптимизационной схемы выбора материалов лежит кусочно-линейная аппроксимация результатов испытаний, позволяющая определить скалярные критерии, на основе которых конструируется векторный критерий оптимизации. Для демонстрации двухкритериальной оптимизации рассмотрены результаты экспериментов для цементных композитов, экспонированных в условиях циклического воздействия отрицательных и положительных температур. Произведен поиск оптимального состава по показателю твердости от времени экспонирования. Выводы. Предложенный подход оптимального выбора материалов, в частности композиционных материалов, может быть опробован на больших количествах испытуемых образцов или для автоматизации вычислений. Данный подход носит определенный эвристический характер. Но практическая значимость его подтверждается экспертной оценкой качества композиционных материалов в силу существующих методов оценки материалов, например, по показателю изменения его твердости.
