Abstract:In this study, determination of the amino acid profile of bee pollen produced in different parts of Turkey and performed to determine the protein level. The research was carried out with a total of 90 specimens from East-Southeast Anatolia, Central Anatolia, Black Sea, Marmara, Aegean and Mediterranean.
