Modern primary school teachers must implement training, development, and education based on knowledge of the individual characteristics of the younger pupil, be able to manage the process of the schoolchild’s constant change and ensure his ascent to a higher level of development, carry out the scientific-pedagogical search, solving the problems of the child's personality formation on a scientific basis. The relevance of this research is determined by the fact that it considers the problem of mastering communication skills as an integral part of speech communication skills, which is a necessary condition for successful social adaptation of the trainee. This article discusses the issue of determining the theoretical knowledge level of future primary school teachers for the formation of communication skills of younger learners. For this research, a research experiment (2017-2018), a search experiment (2018-2019), education experiment (2019-2020) was designed. The survey of students was conducted to determine their own opinion about the formation of their knowledge, skills, and abilities. For this purpose, a survey was conducted with 152 students. The developed method is more likely to create information about the formation of communication skills of primary school students than the traditional method of future teachers. The aim of this research is to evaluate creative drama studies in virtual museums with teacher opinions in order to ensure the revival of national cultural values through art. Qualitative research method was used in the study. The data were collected by the semi-structured interview form prepared by the researcher. The study involved 25 elementary school classroom teachers working in various primary schools in Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan, in the 2020-2021 academic year. As a result of the research, it was revealed that teachers found themselves inadequate in virtual museums and creative drama, but considered the use of these applications in education extremely positive. In-service training programs to be prepared for teachers to gain competence in the field of creative drama in the virtual museum will enable them to use this method more effectively in education, which they find effective in learning. With the expansion of primary school education in Kazakhstan, many ethnic groups were reached. This situation has started to signal the necessity of classroom teachers having knowledge, awareness and experience in subjects such as sensitivity, education and needs of children. This research is a qualitative study, and it was conducted to understand the awareness and knowledge levels of classroom teacher candidates on multilingual education. The research was conducted within the framework of the perspectives on learning technology. 38 teacher candidates who participated in the study were interviewed on the internet and their views on multilingual education were analysed with a descriptive qualitative analysis method. The data obtained as a result of the interviews were examined in detail and the opinions of the teacher candidates on multilingual education were interpreted. Based on the results of the research, suggestions have been made on subjects such as reshaping our teacher training programmes in the context of multilingualism and providing them with teacher support, both theoretically and practically, and to train teachers who can meet the needs of children from linguistic minority groups.
