Determination of Geochemically Important Sterols and Triterpenols in Sediments Using Ultrahigh-Performance Liquid Chromatography Tandem Mass Spectrometry (UHPLC–MS/MS)

Abstract: A fast, sensitive, and selective ultrahigh-performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (UHPLC-MS/MS) method that is able to quantify geochemical biomarkers in sediment is described.
