Determination of Functional Dependence Between Parameters of Lattice in Ferroelastics and Multiaxial Ferroelectrics

Abstract

The method of determination of functional dependence between parameters of crystalline lattice in ferroelastics and multiaxial ferroelectrics based on the condition of orientation matching of domains is offered. The analytical type of functional dependence has been found for phase transitions m3m-F4mm and 4/m-F2/m. We have compared theoretical results with experimental data for BaTiO 3 and BiVO 4 .
