Determination of Fe in Graphene by Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectrometer

Abstract: The Fe in graphene was determined by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectroscopy. The effects of digestion temperature, digestion system, analyzing spectral line, RF power, peristaltic pump flow rate, and working gas flow rate on the measurement results were investigated respectively.
