Abstract:In high-voltage (HV) transmission and distribution systems, HV apparatuses are subjected to electrical, thermal, and mechanical stresses that deteriorate the insulation performance. The polarization and depolarization current (PDC) measurement is an effective tool used for evaluating insulation performances.
