“…Mobile phase consisting of 1 mM ammonium acetate in water (A) and 1 mM ammonium acetate in acetonitrile (B) with gradient program as described above was found to be suitable during UPLC optimization and enabled the determination of electrospray response for AV-133 and AV-149. Experiments were performed with an ACQUITY ethylene-bridged (BEH TM ) C 18 column (2.1 mm × 50 mm, 1.7 m particle size), the external calibration was used [16,17], and the overall analysis time was only 3 min.
