Abstract:Contagious caprine pleuro-pneumonia (CCPP) is fatal disease of goats and causes huge economic losses due to high morbidity and mortality. CCPP is enlisted as notifiable animal disease by OIE. The causative agent of CCPP is Mycoplasma capricolum subsp. capripneumoniae (Mccp).
