Determinants of Increased Regional Left Atrial Coagulation Activity in Patients With Mitral Stenosis

Abstract: Increased regional left atrial coagulation activity in mitral stenosis occurs in the presence of LASEC, is evident in either sinus rhythm or atrial fibrillation, and is associated with normal systemic coagulation activity.
