Determinants of household food waste value in Indonesia: a study case on high education level parents

Abstract: In the world, amounting to about 1.3 billion tons is lost or wasted every year. This study used a quantitative method and descriptive analysis to find the determinants of consumer household food waste behavior in Indonesia. The study used multiple linear regression to found the significant factors that determined household food waste.
