Households with access to wastewater sewerage in Pamotan in 2022 only be 69.9%. This study aims to find out the factors related to household wastewater sewerage ownership in the Pamotan Community Health Center Working Area. This research was an observational analytic using a cross-sectional design. The research population was all families in Pamotan subdistrict villages with the lowest ownership of wastewater sewerage, with a sample size of 90 families. The independent variables are land availability, length of year residence, knowledge, education, and income for the dependent variable, that are ownership of the Waste Water Sewerage. The data were analyzed using univariate and bivariate statistics, employing the Chi-Square test. The results of the study showed that land availability (p=0.04), education level (p=0.018), knowledge level (p=0.003), and income (p=0.00) are related to household wastewater disposal ownership while the length of year residence (p=0.257) is not related to ownership of household wastewater sewerage in the Pamotan Subdistrict. Based on the research results, the length of year residence is not related to household wastewater sewerage ownership because people's old habits that are not good at managing household wastewater result in wastewater sewerage ownership behavior not fulfilling standards.

Environmental and Health Services Factors Associated with New Covid19 Case in Central Java Province: A Spatial Analysis

Introduction: At the end of December 2020, there were 93,035 Covid19 cases reported in Central Java. The spatial analysis is useful for assessing the association of environmental and health services factors with new Covid19 cases. Methods: This study was conducted to identify a spatial autocorrelation between environmental conditions and health services on new Covid19 cases in Central Java Province in 2020. The data were obtained from Central Java Profile Published in 2021 with a cross-sectional design. This autocorrelation regression technique was used to determine the relationship between districts/cities for new Covid19 cases. The independent variables in this study were environmental factors such as access to quality drinking water, access to quality sanitation, percentage of Open Defecation Free (ODF) villages, and percentage of healthy food management places. In addition, the independent variables also covered health service factors such as the number of public health centers, hospitals, medical personnel, and population density. Results and Discussion: The findings found that in Central Java province, the factors that influenced new Covid19 cases included population density (p-value 0.0001; Morran I -0.032) and the number of medical personnel (p-value 0.0001; Morrans I 0.021). Conclusion: The new cases of Covid19 in Central Java Province formed a clustered pattern. Factors significantly influencing the regression test are population density and the number of medical personnel. Besides that, spatial autocorrelation was also found in other variables in this study but was not significant.

Abstrak Personal hygiene mempengaruhi kesehatan dan kesejahteraan fisik lansia. Gangguan personal hygiene pada lansia diakibatkan oleh kurangnya pengetahuan serta kelemahan fisik. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan dengan media audiovisual terhadap perilaku lansia tentang personal hygiene di RT 02 RW 02 Kelurahan Dalpenang Sampang. Desain penelitian adalah pre-experimental design yang berfokus pada one group pretest-posttest design. Populasi semua lansia yang mengalami gangguan personal hygiene sebanyak 35 lansia dengan sampel sebesar 32 lansia. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah non probability purposive sampling. Data yang terkumpul melalui kuesioner yang terdiri dari pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku personal hygiene lansia, selanjutnya dianalisis dengan uji Wilcoxon signed ranks test untuk mengetahui pengaruh antar variabel. Hasil analisis dengan uji Wilcoxon signed ranks test didapatkan p = 0,000 menyatakan ada pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan dengan media audiovisual terhadap perilaku lansia tentang personal hygiene. Pelaksanaan pendidikan kesehatan dengan media yang tepat mampu meningkatkan pemahaman lansia terhadap pentingnya personal hygiene. Perilaku personal hygiene secara tidak langsung dapat meningkatkan status kesehatan pada lansia. Dibutuhkan kerjasama pelayanan kesehatan dan support keluarga dalam personal hygiene. Kata kunci: audiovisual, lansia, pendidikan kesehatan, personal hygiene Abstract Personal hygiene affects the health and physical well-being of the elderly. Many elderly people suffer from personal hygiene problems as a result of a lack of knowledge. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of health education with audiovisual media on elderly behavior about personal hygiene in RT 02 RW 02 Dalpenang Village Sampang. The research design used was pre-experimental design which focused on one group pretest-posttest design. The total number of elderly people who had personal hygiene problems was 35 and the sample size was 32. This study used non probability purposive sampling technique. The questionnaire data contained knowledge, attitude and personal hygiene behavior of the elderly. The Wilcoxon signed ranks test was used to determine the effect on the data. The Wilcoxon signed ranks test results showed that p = 0,000, indicating that health education through audiovisual media has an effect on the behavior of the elderly regarding personal hygiene. Implementing health education through appropriate media can help the elderly understand the importance of personal hygiene. Personal hygiene practices can indirectly improve the health of the elderly. Personal hygiene required collaboration between health services and family support.
