The purpose of this study was to determine what risk factors caused the incidence of dengue hemorrhagic fever in Simpang Selayang Village, Kecamatan Medan Tuntungan in 2022. The method used in this study is a survey method with quantitative research conducted by distributing questionnaires and direct interviews with respondents using a case control approach. Data analysis used multiple logistic regression with a sample of 33 case respondents and 33 control respondents. The results showed that the influential variables were attitude, application of 3M Plus, habit of hanging clothes, and larva free rate on the incidence of dengue fever. The results showed that the influential variables were attitude (p = 0.046), the application of 3M Plus (p = 0.026), the habit of hanging clothes (p = 0.001), larvae-free rate (p = 0.037) on the incidence of dengue fever dengue in Simpang Selayang Village. Medan Tuntungan District in 2022 and the variables that had no effect were knowledge (p = 0.325) and use of mosquito repellent (p = 0.314). From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the most influential variable on the incidence of dengue fever is the habit of hanging clothes which has the greatest Exp.B value, which is 9.754 times greater.

Berdasarkan data Dinas Kesehatan Kabutapten Bantul, data demam Berdarah Dengue dari seluruh Puskesmas di kabupaten Bantul Tahun 2017 menunjukan Puskesmas Sewon II menempati urutan pertama kejadian DBD dengan kasus sebanyak 44 kasus dan berdasarkan Data Puskesmas Sewon kabupaten Bantul terdapat 40 kasus kejadian Demam Berdarah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Faktor-Faktor Risiko Yang Mempengaruhi Terjadinya Penyakit Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Sewon II Bantul Tahun 2018. Metode penelitian menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitian case control. Jumlah sampel sebanyak dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 40 kasus dan 40 kontrol, menggunkan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan april 2018 dengan wawancara menggunkan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan uji chi-square dengan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara membersihkan tempat penampungan air, tidak mengubur barang-barang bekas, Tidak menabur bubuk abate dengan kejadian Demam Berdarah Dengue pada pasien di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Sewon II Bantul. Tidak terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara menggantung pakaian dengan kejadian Demam Berdarah Dengue pada pasien di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Sewon II Bantul. Based on data from Bantul District Health Office, dengue fever data from all Puskesmas in Bantul regency in 2017 shows Puskesmas Sewon II ranks first case of DHF with case as many as 44 cases and based on data of Puskesmas Sewon Bantul regency there are 40 case of Dengue fever. This studi aims to determine the risk factors that influence the occurrence of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) in the work area of Sewon II Bantul Public Health Center in 2018. The research method used quantitative research design with case control research design. The number of samples in this study were 40 cases and 40 controls, using purposive sampling technique. The study was conducted in April 2018 by interview using a questionnaire. Data analysis using chi-square test with SPSS program. The result shows that there is a significant relationship between cleaning up water reservoirs, not burying used goods, not sowing abate powder with the occurrence of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever in patients in Public Health Center the Sewon II Bantul. There is no significant relationship between hanging clothes with the occurrence of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever in patients Public Health Center in the Sewon II Bantul.

Deman Berdarah Dengue (DBD) merupakan penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh virus Dengue dan di tularkan melalui vektor nyamuk dari spesie Aedes Aegypti atau Aedes Albopictus. Peran vektor dalam penyebaran penyakit menyebabkan kasus banyak ditemukan pada musim hujan ketika munculnya banyak genangan air yang menjadi tempat perindukan nyamuk. Selain iklim dan kondisi lingkungan, beberapa studi menunjukkan bahwa DBD berhubungan dengan mobilitas dan kepadatan penduduk dan perilaku masyarakat. Faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi hal tersebut menjadi landasan dalam upaya pencengahan dan pengendalian DBD. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran mengenai implementasi kebijakan pengendalian penyakit Demam Berdarah Dengue di Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Pangkep.Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode quasi kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi mendalam. Informan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 4 orang diantaranya 2 informan biasa, 1 informan pendukung dan 1 informan kunci. Dari hasil penelitian di peroleh bahwa komunikasi yang dilakukan oleh dinas kesehatan kabupaten pangkep sudah dilaksanakan dengan baik, adapun sumber daya sudah mencukupi untuk pengendalian DBD, disposisi dalam hal ini sudah efektif dalam pengendalian DBD dan struktur birokrasi sudah dilakukan oleh dinas kesehatan dan puskesmas dengan baik mulai dari mekanisme upaya hingga melakukan BIMTEK dan sosialisasi.
