Abstract:The results of the FTIR analysis of the hot aqueous extract of bark indicated that it contains many groups and active compounds, and the results of the bacterial tests conducted by digging and spreading method showed a high inhibitory activity of the hot aqueous extract of cinnamon against all pathogenic bacterial strains and at different concentrations.
