Detection of reed using cnn method and analysis of the dry reed (phragmites australis) for a sustainable lake area

Abstract: Background Common reed (Phragmites australis L.) is a highly productive wetland plant and a possible valuable resource of renewable biomass worldwide. For a sustainable management the exploitation of reed is beneficial because the increasing demand for sustainable biomass which presents reed bed areas and wetlands. Knowing the properties of plant biomass obtained from reeds is essential both for the effect on combustion equipment and for the impact on the environment. Brates Lake, situated in G… Show more

“…It would be easy to consider nutrient at a particular time, but it must be kept in mind that the plant needs nutrients holistically. Plants need 14 essential elements, represented as soil nutrients that are divided into two categories: macronutrients and micronutrients; macronutrients include nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, sulfur, calcium, and magnesium [20]. From the EDX analysis, all the samples contained the macronutrients beneficial to agriculture, and for plants.…”

“…With the increasing demand for sustainable biomass, Obreja et al [16] studied the feasibility of reed as a sustainable biomass for obtaining bioenergy. Ghisman et al [17] studied the feasibility of using sewage sludge as an important biological resource for sustainable agriculture to improve farmland soil.…”

“…Artificial intelligence has already demonstrated its potential across various fields like pharmaceuticals, engineering, and biotechnology. In the case of biotechnology, Obreja et al [6] implemented neural networks to identify and predict areas at risk for biodiversity decline, such as the reduction in water loss to the point of disappearance and imbalances resulting from the unchecked growth of reeds. In the case of heat transfer, Zou et al [7] used a neural regression model for predicting the thermal conductivity of carbon nanotubes nanofluids with multiple base fluids.…”
