Abstract:Purpose: to investigate the level anti-pertussis IgM, IgG, IgA in pregnant women in the I — II — III trimesters. Materials and methods. A total of 288 pregnant women aged. 17 — 43 years (in the I — II — III trimesters) were examined. A serums samples tested for IgM, IgG, IgA against pertussis by ELISA of RIDASCREEN (Germany).
