Detection of gene annotations and protein-protein interaction associated disorders through transitive relationships between integrated annotations

Abstract: BackgroundIncreasingly high amounts of heterogeneous and valuable controlled biomolecular annotations are available, but far from exhaustive and scattered in many databases.
