“…pleuropneumoniae nested PCR. PCR against A. pleuropneumoniae was performed as described by Schaller et al [26] and Loera-Muro et al [22]. The PCR run conditions were: 95˚C for 1 min followed by 30 cycles of 94˚C for 30 s, 54˚C for 30 s and 72˚C for 1 min with a final elongation step at 72˚C for 5 min.…”
