Abstract:Klebsiella pneumonia was the most important nosocomial infections pathogen. It was causing several morbidity and mortality in sick animals and human. Its identification and detection performed by usage of conventional cultural characters, biochemical tests and Polymerase chain reaction technique (PCR).
