Detection and Identification of Common Food-Borne Viruses with a Tiling Microarray

Abstract: Microarray hybridization based identification of viral genotypes is increasingly assuming importance due to outbreaks of multiple pathogenic viruses affecting humans causing wide-spread morbidity and mortality.
