Detecting Delirium in Hospitalized Elderly Patients: A Review of Practice Compliance

Abstract: Background: The Ontario Senior Friendly Hospital Strategy recognizes delirium prevention and management as a top priority and recommends implementation of delirium screening as well as management protocols.
