Detecting Deficient Coverage in Colonoscopies

Abstract: Colonoscopy is tool of choice for preventing Colorectal Cancer, by detecting and removing polyps before they become cancerous. However, colonoscopy is hampered by the fact that endoscopists routinely miss 22-28% of polyps.
