The Information & Communication Technology (ICT) and the Internet of Things (IoT) have become the major issues in Republic of Korea recently. While RS-232, Zigbee, and WiFi-related technologies are used in the ICT-based systems, we focus on the Power Line Communication (PLC) in this paper. By carrying out OPNET simulations, we've implemented the PLC Router Node Model, PLC Terminal Node Model, PLC Link Model, and PLC Palette Model and executed the simulations arranging 20 holds within the range of 400m (20m apart). As a result, we confirmed that the slient node problem had occurred at the point of 200m-2000m (as of 2016) distance preventing further communications. However, the control group, by contrast, was able to carry out the communications by installing a router. We expect that this paper will contribute to the development of a foundation technology which will saves costs by performing the simulation prior to building actual large-scale ICT Complex in the future work.

It is expected that the building-type fish or agricultural farms will appear in towns or suburbs of the Republic of Korea in the near future. The advanced water-circulating systems and LED technology are already in use helping the farmers to settle in these areas. Nevertheless, there are some other requirements for a successful operation of the farm. One of the surrounding factors is the atmospheric conditions which often have an impact on the growth of fishes or produce. This research describes a process of obtaining the analytical results by visualizing the data of atmospheric environment of the Gangnam District, one of the busiest areas in the capital city of Seoul. The data was used to create a model for the preliminary big data analysis which will be appropriate for the establishment of adequate city-oriented farms. Also, this model can be used to establish countermeasures to suppress bioaccumulation of heavy metals in the farm-grown fishes or produces. The basic research process involves visualization 1

This paper proposed a more user centered billing model that allows the user to make an informed decision on selecting from a set of cloud offerings or between offerings from different clouds. An architecture for Infrastructure as a Service for such a billing model is presented. This billing model requires the estimation of costs for various configurations of computational requirement. Such a scenario would require estimation of application execution time. This paper evaluates the Worst Case Execution Time techniques available for real time systems for the cloud computing context. A neural network based application execution time based on non-mission critical systems, user specifiedparameters (e.g., CPU, operating system, and database parameters), historical training data and limited simulations is presented here.
