Abstract: <b><i>Introduction:</i></b> Cerebral autosomal dominant arteriopathy with subcortical infarcts and leukoencephalopathy (CADASIL) is the most common form of familial cerebral small vessel disease in adults and is caused by <i>NOTCH3</i> variants.
