Abstract: Musculocontractural Ehlers–Danlos syndrome (mcEDS) is a heritable connective tissue disorder characterized by multiple congenital malformations and progressive connective-tissue-fragility-related manifestations in the cutaneous, skeletal, cardiovascular, visceral, ocular, and gastrointestinal systems.
