Résumé - Mots clés : Spots de sang séché, microéchantillons de sang, LC-MS/MS, désorption en ligneAbstract -Aim: This paper presents a novel concept for on-line extraction of pharmaceutical compounds from dried blood spots (DBS) and before analysis by LC-MS/MS. Methods: Although an important number of publications dedicated to analysis of pharmaceutical compounds, the coupling on-line DBS-LC-MS/MS is still a challenge for the analyst toxicologist. This work, in the light of literature data and proper experiences of the authors, makes the point on the state of the art in 2010. Conclusion: The coupling on-line DBS-LC-MS/MS will with no doubt change the analytical approach in clinical and forensic toxicology.
