Desmoplastic fibroma

Abstract: Introduction: Desmoplastic fibroma (DF), an intraosseous tumor of myofibroblastic origin, has been characterized as an uncommon neoplasm. Though representing less than 1% of all bone tumors, it presents a locally aggressive character.
