Abstract:Background: Desmoids are rare tumors. Abdominal wall desmoids are more common in women of reproductive age, especially postpartum women. Here we present a case of desmoid tumor in a 37-year-old multiparous woman, who came with the complaint of a slowly growing painless abdominal lump.
