A function test is conducted to assess the equipment's performance, component function, output, and safety. The aim of the incubator analyzer function test is to determine the performance parameters, including mattress temperature, ambient temperature, humidity, noise, and airflow. In this article, we present an analysis of a prototype incubator analyzer through a comparative test method against a standard incubator analyzer. The testing procedure adheres to SNI IEC 60601-2-19-2014, which outlines special requirements for the basic safety and essential performance of infant incubators. The incubator analyzer prototype was designed using specific components such as PT100 resistive temperature detector, single chip humidity sensor module SHT 11, airflow sensor, microphone amplifier MAX4466 as a sound sensor, and a human-machine interface Nextion display. The function test of the incubator analyzer was conducted at an authorized institution on a laboratory scale. The results indicate that the prototype achieves an accuracy of over 98% for temperature measurement and more than 94% for relative humidity at temperature settings of 32°C and 36 °C.

Baby incubators are used for premature babies where babies are born prematurely. To ensure the accuracy of medical devices, periodic tests and controls need to be carried out aimed at reducing the risk of measurement. The baby incubator can be tested with a calibration device which is a device to calibrate temperature, noise, humidity, and airflow so that conditions remain stable and within normal limits. The purpose of this study was the development of a PC (Personal Computer) performing Incubator Analyzer with noise and airflow parameters. This type of research uses after only design. The standard incubator analyzer is not equipped with a PC and data processing via Excel, so the researchers created an Incubator Analyzer device that has four parameters to measure temperature, noise, humidity, and airflow. Using the Atmega328 Microcontroller as a data processor, equipped with sending data via Bluetooth HC-05 with data storage and output results will be displayed on a PC. Noise parameters using the Analog Sound Sensor V2 sensor and have the biggest error at 37oC setting temperature that is equal to 0.17%. While the airflow parameter uses an airflow sensor with type D6F-V3A01 and has the biggest error that is 0.5% at a temperature setting of 36oC and 37oC. The use of displays on personal computers and data processing using Excel, allows users to monitor calibration and data processing. The feasibility of this device is proven. Therefire, this design can be used for baby incubator calibration.

Babies who are born prematurely need intensive care and a fairly stable level of warmth given that the baby is not accustomed to adapting to temperatures outside the mother's womb, which is an incubator. The incubator serves to maintain the warmth and humidity of the baby's body. There are still many incubators that are conventional in nature which means that the temperature and humidity are not controlled to be constant. While the automatic incubator is very expensive. Temperature and humidity control monitoring system is very much needed in an incubator because at the moment there is still a lot of temperature monitoring done manually. Thus the monitoring and control system of temperature and humidity of the incubator is designed which can be automatically monitored from a considerable distance based on the Internet of Things (IoT). This system consists of 2 parts, namely the main device and monitoring device. The sensor used is DHT11 for temperature and humidity, and DS18B20 sensor for mattress temperature. On the web will be displayed monitoring temperature, humidity in real-time and as a controller when the incubator is in manual mode. Monitoring can be done in real-time and manual controlling can be done on the web and also displayed on the LCD. If the temperature and humidity do not match what is specified, the heater or DC fan will turn on.
