Designing of New Optical Immunosensors Based on 2-Amino-4-(anthracen-9-yl)-7-hydroxy-4H-chromene-3-carbonitrile for the Detection of Aeromonas hydrophila in the Organs of Oreochromis mossambicus Fingerlings

Abstract: A one-pot greener methodology has been adopted for the synthesis of a simple 4 H -chromene core-based fluorescent tag of ( S )-2-amino-4-(anthracen-9-yl)-7-hydroxy-4 H -chromene-3-carbonitrile (AHC), and its structure has been analyzed using NMR spectroscopy. The physicochemical properties of AHC were well-studied by UV–vis and fluorescent spectroscopy techniques. As a result of excellent emitting property (ϕ ≈ 0.75), it has been coupled with… Show more

“…Abs possess -NH 2 and -COOH functional in their structures. [112][113][114][115] A covalent binding between the Ab molecule and platform components is required to attach the Ab to the platform with high strength and stability. In unmodified Abs, forming amide bonds is the best option for this purpose.…”

“…In unmodified Abs, forming amide bonds is the best option for this purpose. 115,116 The use of specific platforms and reagents are options for immobilizing Ab molecules on the working electrode. In confronting carboxylated platforms (such as reduced GO, rGO), the NH residual, and for amine-containing ones (such as chitosan, CS), the -COOH end is beneficial to share in amide bond formation.…”
