“…Herein, inspired by the low-dimensional geometric surface of MXene contributing chemical binding sites, MXene is introduced into DESs as the nucleation additive to crystallize into a solid at room temperature. The rich Lewis acid center on MXene can strongly interact with the anion of the OTF – , release positively charged zinc ions, and then improve the ionic conductivity of the eutectic solid electrolyte, obtaining highly efficient zinc-ion transport. Moreover, it helps to establish more interfacial ionic conduction pathways through interactions, increasing the ionic conductivity of ZCEs to 6.69 × 10 –4 S cm –1 .…”
