Edutainment shows promise as an alternative and complementary pedagogy, in autistic education, in this paper we evaluate a textual analysis of a movie Inner Healing on the edutainment and infotainment Fire Stick ++ terminal, also serving as a dock station to student keyboards and laptops, the textual analysis of this important media, in education proves the neurodiversity viewpoint in the indigenous healing diaspora, proving autism as transcending a minority culture in a viewpoint of a gift and hence a strength with the acceptance of the whole, the diversity of the self in meltdowns, irrationality, rage and anger, all as part of a gift and an acceptance of oneself, the inner healing. This edutainment is a broad deviation from current western thought streams in autism interventions as proves the holistic and alternative viewpoints.

As healthcare shifts towards the digital realm and healthcare delivery steers to patient-centric solutions, new privacy risks emerge. Such risks are acknowledged, but understanding and addressing them with privacy-enhanced technologies is practically challenging. This chapter describes privacy concerns and risks that emerge with the digitization of healthcare services, the availability of Internet-of-care-things, and the usage of online services for medical data. To ensure patients’ privacy, collaborative efforts from stakeholders are necessary. Patients, practitioners, and family members play an important role, along with medical organizations, including hospitals, insurance companies, and clinics. Privacy-preserving mechanisms go beyond the protection of patients’ data to the infrastructure of medical devices, networks, and systems. The data life cycle, from collection to disposal, must be considered when implementing privacy protections. Principles, policies, and regulations addressing privacy are limited and costly to implement, failing to cover novel technologies that collect and transmit medical data. In the USA, HIPAA is the de facto policy standard. Nevertheless, HIPAA disregards data collected by wearable sensors, fitness trackers, and smartwatches. It does not consider social media networks, mobile applications, and discussion forums where users share medical information. Lastly, genetic data available through online profiles rises privacy issues that are neither known nor regulated.

Technology has rendered many of the accommodations needed for ASD, possible with a recognition of Neurodiverse individuals as a minority, with a cultural context of their own. Technology renders special education obsolete, while with the accommodation technology provides, the autistic minority, the neurodiverse can lead a lifestyle no different from the neurotypical. Mixed Reality is one of those technological marvels, with wearables, creating mixed reality, both real and augmented, adding an artificial synthesia to a natural one. In this paper we consider 19 such papers, with 5 reviews proving the efficacy of mixed reality and the rest in technology of mixed reality and applications in neurodiversity accommodations and education.Keywords: neurodiversity, mixed reality, Redmond, workforce, PD, participatory design
