Background This paper discusses the lack of references that comprehensively describe the changes in universities owing to the ideology of neoliberalism. This research also discusses how a university maintains its function and identity when the great wave of neoliberalism massively erodes collegiality as the original philosophy of the university through a case study of the neoliberalism ideology on higher education. This study also provides a comprehensive framework for higher education management and governance changes. Methods We selected all retrieved sources based on the keywords and analyzed all the documents we obtained. This study obtained data from Scopus retrieved on October 27, 2023, using the following keywords: (TITLE-ABS-KEY ("collegiality") OR TITLE-ABS-KEY ("change management") OR TITLE-ABS-KEY ("neolibelism")) AND TITLE-ABS-KEY ("higher education"). This study utilized bibliometric analysis to ensure a structured review of the literature on collegiality, change management, and neoliberalism in higher education. Results The findings show that organizational management, leadership, education, technology, curriculum, innovation, organizational change, decision-making, and human beings are significant trajectories of neoliberalism in higher education. Conclusions This study offers other constructs for accelerating leadership success in higher education. This relates to how change leadership can navigate changes resulting from neoliberal ideology.

A comprehensive education system is essential to promote peace in a diverse, multicultural society. Teachers have a critical role in organizing the classroom environment, and it is vital to understand their perceptions of Multiculturalism and the extent to which educational programs adopt multicultural principles. This study investigated teachers' perceptions of multicultural education and diversity and evaluated their awareness of these issues. A qualitative research design with case studies was used, and six teachers from an elementary school in Surabaya were deliberately selected for this study. The data were collected through interviews, observation, and document analysis, and the results were analyzed using content analysis techniques. This study found that teachers have adequate knowledge about multicultural education and a positive attitude toward it. However, their understanding and prejudices related to specific concepts still need more. In addition, the inclusiveness of Multiculturalism in annual plans and teaching programs still needs to be improved. Learning transformation is required that encourages active student collaboration, such as the project-based learning (PjBL) model.

This research aims to demonstrate a theoretical review of information technology used on education in Indonesia in since 2017 to 2020 and review the areas that have been researched to give an overview of the potential subsequent studies. areas of study that have been researched to give an overview of the potential subsequent studies. This study used a qualitative methods of systematic literature review of Denyer and Tranfield models which is divided into 5 systematic steps. From the documents found, demonstrated that the utilization of information technology in the field of education in Indonesia throughout the year 2017-2020 has experienced a surge in innovation in the field of development of learning media and education governance facilities. These developments are mostly solutions to solve contextual problems in research approach, dominance of development and survey is inversely proportional to the case study method, action research phenomenology, and evaluation. In the research object, policy evaluation sector, learning evaluation, and quality assurance have not been lifted as a research object. These sectors have the potential to be objects in future research.
