Background: Promoting the immunity of pregnant women during the Covid-19 pandemic through vaccination against SARS-CoV-2 infection is one of the main challenges. It is important to manage the information related to receiving the vaccine and its possible complications for surveillance of its safety and to deal with the challenges. Based on this, it is necessary to design a national information management system for the COVID-19 vaccination. Objectives: To promote the safety of pregnant women by providing a national model of an information management system for pregnant women's COVID-19 vaccination in Iran. Methods: The present research was of applied descriptive type. Based on the review of articles and information sources and a comparative study of the information management and surveillance system for the vaccination of pregnant women in developed countries, and according to the country's organizational structure, the national model of the information management system for pregnant women's COVID-19 vaccination was designed for Iran. Then the validation of the model was examined in two steps using the Delphi technique. Finally, after analyzing the data, the final model was presented. Results: The findings were categorized into two main groups, including the structural components (responsible organization and databases, surveillance center, participating organizations, and data sources) and informational process (data set, data collection, quality control, data exchanges, data processing, reporting) that reached 100% consensus of experts. Conclusions: For developing IMS for the COVID-19 vaccination of pregnant women, it is necessary to specify the responsible organization and the participating centers, create surveillance centers and databases, and define the information management system process.

In the presented work, the method of localization of vulnerable sections of the centralized water supply network using a neural network approach is considered. This method will allow you to identify areas where there is significant wear on pipes, leading to emergencies and water leaks. The paper discusses existing methods for assessing water quality using artificial intelligence. The adaptive neuro-fuzzy network ANFIS was used in the work. The input data are electrical conductivity, ppm, hardness, iron and flow rate in pipes of various diameters. The output value is the pipe wear value. The ANFIS network model alternately applied two types of training: back propagation and a hybrid method, aggregating backpropagation and least squares. The Fuzzy Logic Toolbox alternately applied membership functions: piecewise linear, Gaussian distribution, sigmoid curve, quadratic and cubic curves.A comparative analysis of the errors of different types of membership functions and learning algorithms was carried out. The coefficient of determination for the simulated and initial data is determined. The research was carried out on a section of the centralized water supply network, one of the districts of the city of Murom, Vladimir region, Russia.

Background: The prevalence of drug poisoning is on the rise in Iran due to the increased public access to drugs. A national drug poisoning registry system is a suitable tool for better management, control, and prevention of drug poisoning. Objectives: This study aimed to propose a national drug poisoning registry model for Iran. Methods: This was an applied research conducted in two major phases. In the first phase, all sources pertaining to drug poisoning registries were reviewed, and a national drug poisoning registry model was proposed. In the second phase, this model was validated and finalized using a researcher-made questionnaire and through a two-stage Delphi technique. Results: The focus of national drug poisoning activities and registry management reached the 100% consensus of experts at the Drug and Poison Information Center of the Food and Drug Organization (Ministry of Health and Medical Education). Goals, data sources, registry system structure, data set, standards, data exchange, registry features, and processes of the proposed model also achieved unanimous expert consensus. Conclusions: Given the importance of a national drug poisoning registry in gathering, storing, analyzing, and reporting the data of patients, it is essential to provide a framework for evaluating and controlling drug poisoning and for generating valuable data for decision-making. The model proposed herein can offer the information infrastructure for designing and implementing such a system.
