Abstract:Src homology‐2 (SH2) domain‐containing phosphatase‐2 (SHP2), the first protooncogenic phosphatase is a key mediator in the development and progression of various cancers. Several allosteric sites have been identified in SHP2, inhibitors of which are being developed.
