Design, synthesis, and biological evaluation of novel pleuromutilin derivatives containing benzimidazoles as effective anti‐MRSA agents

Abstract: A series of pleuromutilin derivatives containing benzimidazole were designed, synthesized, and evaluated for their antibacterial activities against Methicillin‐resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) in this study.
