Design, Synthesis, and Bioactivity Study of Novel Tryptophan Derivatives Containing Azepine and Acylhydrazone Moieties

Abstract: Based on the scaffolds widely used in drug design, a series of novel tryptophan derivatives containing azepine and acylhydrazone moieties have been designed, synthesized, characterized, and evaluated for their biological activities.
