Corona Virus Disease-19 (Covid-19) pandemic is still ongoing until now. The spread of this virus is very dangerous because it can spread through droplets or the particles that come out from the nose and mouth. Based on these sentences, the spread of the virus has become risky, one of the activities is shopping online. Virus transmission can occur through delivery and receive stuff activities. The habit that occurs in public, often the stuff arrived at home indirectly sterilized. The purpose of the research is to develop a product that can sterilize the stuff with disinfectant automatically. This research for product development with Ergonomic Function Deployment (EFD) Method. In this method, the product concept is designed based on customer needs (voice of customer). Data of customer needs is obtained from the result of 100 respondents with an age range of 20-40 years who frequently online shopping. The product designed refers to the method used with the ergonomic principle after data is processed. The recommendation of product development from this research is a mini chamber. This product is a development of the chamber but its function is for spraying stuff from the outside of house. The procedure of this product is works automatically so the application of this product for customer can be easier.

Human factors have always been an important part of research in industry, but more recently the idea of sustainable development has attracted considerable interest for manufacturing companies and management practitioners. Incorporating human factors into a decision system is a difficult challenge for manufacturing companies because the data related to human factors are difficult to sense and integrate into the decision-making processes. Our objectives with this review are to propose an overview of the different methods to measure human factors, of the solutions to reduce the occupational strain for workers and of the technical solutions to integrate these measures and solutions into a complex industrial decision system. The Scopus database was systematically searched for works from 2014 to 2021 that describe some aspects of human factors in industry. We categorized these works into three different classes, representing the specificity of the studied human factor. This review aims to show the main differences between the approaches of short-term fatigue, long-term physical strain and psychosocial risks. Long-term physical strain is the subject that concentrates the most research efforts, mainly with physical and simulation techniques to highlight physical constraints at work. Short-term fatigue and psychosocial constraints have become a growing concern in industry due to new technologies that increase the requirements of cognitive activities of workers. Human factors are taking an important place in the sustainable development of industry, in order to ameliorate working conditions. However, vigilance is required because health-related data creation and exploitation are sensible for the integrity and privacy of workers.

Along with the times, human desires and demands for quality products and their functions are increasing. SLB Negeri Pembina Pekanbaru is a school that handles students with mental, physical, and intellectual limitations or also known as disabilities. This research is a follow-up study from previous researchers, which aims to evaluate and provide improvements to the prior design. Open-ended questions were conducted to the parties involved, namely the SLB Negeri Pembina Pekanbaru employees and staff, which amounted to 3 people. The interview results showed that the design of the blind bookshelf from the previous researcher had several shortcomings, such as braille letters that were not following the student's anthropometric size and heavy materials that made the product difficult to move. The design concept was not yet user-friendly, so students still needed help with these difficulties-the teacher picking up books. The ergonomic Function Development method is used in this study to discover and identify criteria for the needs and dimensions of the product according to the wishes of consumers. This study describes four design concepts, which will be carried out in a screening and concept assessment stage. The screening and assessment results provide concept 2 as the chosen concept, which has advantages. It is easier for users to use a bookshelf, more structured book preparation, and a minimalist appearance.
