While the rural tourism industry is developing and expanding rapidly, the structural adjustment and optimization of the traditional culture industry has also gradually attracted academic attention. This paper explores the deep integration of two industries based on the coupling mechanism of conventional culture and the development of rural tourism industries. Then, it constructs the index system of the development level of the traditional culture industry and rural tourism industry in Shandong, utilizes the entropy value method to calculate the weights of the indexes of the development level of the two industries, and adopts the linear weighting method to calculate the comprehensive evaluation value. Among them, “the development scale of the traditional culture industry (0.444)” and “the scale of the rural tourism industry (0.2918)” have the largest weight value. The comprehensive evaluation value of the development level of traditional culture and rural tourism industry of Shandong Province in 10 years rises respectively by Finally, by constructing the coupling degree model of conventional culture and rural tourism industry and the coupling coordination degree model, the stage-specific coupling evaluation of traditional culture and rural tourism industry is measured as 0.85<C≤1, which indicates that the development level of conventional culture and rural tourism industry of Shandong Province is in the stage of high coupling. The study provides a decision-making reference for promoting the high-quality development of traditional culture and rural tourism industries, which has important theoretical and practical significance.

Exploring the Integration and Value of Chinese Traditional Elements and Modern Clothing Design under Big Data Technology

Under the rich cultural background, clothing design should effectively integrate traditional culture to provide people with better quality clothing products and meet the demands of the development of clothing culture. This paper analyzes the classification and application value of traditional elements and explores the expression strategies and application steps of conventional elements in clothing design. Then, we use the VGG network as the basis and combine the semantic extraction network and style migration network to extract the styling features of traditional elements, introduce the OTSU algorithm to extract the pattern features of traditional cultural elements, and combine the improved K-Means clustering algorithm to extract the main color of conventional elements. The practice of clothing design was conducted using the Republican style as a source of inspiration, and the effectiveness of the mentioned methods and the application of clothing design were evaluated and analyzed. It was found that the color purity extracted by the improved K-Means clustering algorithm was about 2.5 times higher than the result of the octree method, and the testers’ ratings of the pattern and novelty of the clothing design reached 3.81 and 4.29, respectively. The technique allows for the effective integration of traditional elements extracted based on the method into modern clothing design, promoting more diversity in the visual expression of contemporary clothing design.

For the teaching of traditional Chinese culture in universities, fully utilizing existing resources for innovation is crucial to its teaching effectiveness. Hence, this study advocates for the utilization of information technology and the flipped classroom methodology in university-level traditional Chinese culture education. By thoroughly examining the fundamental goals of teaching traditional Chinese culture at universities, this paper suggests employing information technology to develop diverse educational scenarios. These scenarios encompass generating cultural contexts, simulating cultural experiences, enhancing interactive exchanges, and broadening the scope of educational materials, all aimed at enriching the pedagogical approach to traditional Chinese culture. In the stage of designing flipped classrooms for traditional Chinese culture teaching in universities, the ARCS theory was introduced. Guided by attention motivation, association motivation, confidence motivation, and satisfaction motivation, research was conducted on course content design, teaching methods and means, learning experience, feedback, and evaluation. Through the integrated application of information technology and flipped classroom strategies, our objective is to diversify the pedagogical approaches for traditional culture. This initiative is designed to boost students' comprehension and learning outcomes regarding traditional culture, foster their enthusiasm and knowledge depth in traditional Chinese cultural studies, and encourage the preservation and evolution of traditional cultural heritage.
