Abstract:The feeding network of the microstrip array antenna often can not meet the requirements accurately of the theory. In this paper, we use a series network to feed the radiating elements of the array antenna and set a zero point on a given direction. Comparing with the ordinary feeding array, it can effectively reduce the gain level of the certain side lope. A planar microstrip patch array antenna which works at 35.75GHz is designed.
