Design of stable metabolic networks

Abstract: In this work, we propose eigenvalue optimization combined with Lyapunov theory concepts to ensure stability of the Embden-Meyerhof-Parnas pathway, the pentosephosphate pathway, the phosphotransferase system and fermentation reactions of Escherichia coli.
