Abstract: To improve the hydrophobic character of silk and impart iodine complex ion adsorption, the surface of woven silk fabric is enriched by different functional groups through the grafting of N‐vinylpyrrolidone (NVP), ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EGDMA), and their mixtures (NVP–EGDMA).
