CV. Diva Karya Mandiri is a CV that is engaged in the production of shoes and sandals for both women and men. In the CV, there are approximately 390 kinds of products, of which 1 product produces more than 10,000 products. There is a large number of production of shoes or sandals so that the number of products that have been produced, the number of products sold and the number of sandals and shoes stored in the warehouse cannot be controlled. At a time when product demand is high, it turns out that the number of products in the warehouse does not match the amount. This study aims to build an inventory application on the Diva Karya Mandiri. The method used in this research is the RAD method which consists of 4 stages: Planning Requirements, User Design, Construction, and Cutover. This study succeeded in building an inventory application that has 11 main menus, namely the dashboard menu which contains a summary of information on goods and user data, goods data menu, supplier menu, incoming goods menu, outgoing goods menu, lending menu, user menu, goods report menu, menu logout, account menu, logout menu. Out of the 11 menus, there are 49 inputs functions tested. The test results show that the average value of the percentage of black box testing using the boundary value analysis method is 95.92%.

PT Setia Kiji Reed (SKR) was established in 1991, with its Jl address. Rancaekek Km. 24.5, Linggar, Kec. Rancaekek, Bandung Regency, West Java 40394 is a company that already uses computer technology in carrying out its business processes. This company is a joint venture between Japan (KIJI Reed Co. Ltd) and Indonesia, with business activities in the textile industry such as manufacturing and sales of reeds for weaving looms and material suppliers for air-jet reeds. The company has three divisions: Wirecut, Polishing Dents, and Reed Production. However, recording incoming and outgoing goods transactions at the Polishing Dents warehouse is not fully recorded in one application but is stored in various databases. Each punch-out or raw material from the supplier is stored in the warehouse as a raw material., These goods are processed through the production process into finished goods, held in the warehouse as finished goods for export. The data obtained in this study were collected by interview, observation, and literature study. Software development uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodology and a system design approach through the Object-Oriented Approach with the Unified Modeling Language (UML). The results of this study are an inventory management information system that can support and manage inventory processes in the warehouse, such as controlling and monitoring goods, maintaining goods returns, assigning suppliers, and reporting.

CV. T. Kardin Pisau Indonesia is a company engaged in the manufacture of knives, having its address at Jl. Hegarmanah No.46 Bandung. As a manufacturing company, CV. T. Kardin Pisau Indonesia needs to take advantage of information technology in warehouse inventory management, no longer in manual management, namely recording in paper media, which will be vulnerable to data mismatches. Web application here is defined as an inventory application, through displays which include items to be stored in the warehouse and incoming and outgoing product transactions. The research method used here is Research and Development (R&D). Making software is done with a waterfall model which consists of stages: needs analysis, design, implementation, and testing. In object orientation paradigm modeling system with visual UML. The results of this study produce web-based software using the YII Framework with the MVC (Model View Controller) method. Through a web application that provides direct contact, it is hoped that the service process to consumers can be clear and fast. This inventory application can be used as material for product inventory in warehouse stock which includes recording, processing, and reporting data on warehouse inventory. Another benefit is that with this web-based application, the head office can know the inventory in the warehouse by itself so that it can quickly take action to fill the warehouse inventory.
