Design of Porous Alginate Hydrogels by Sacrificial CaCO3 Templates: Pore Formation Mechanism

Abstract: signifi cantly precise control over the scaffold architecture. Well-defi ned internal structure (porosity) determines both cellular infi ltration into the scaffold and its material properties.
