Design of intermediate die shape of multistage profile drawing for linear motion guide

Abstract: The design of an intermediate die shape is very important in multistage profile drawing. In this study, two design methods for the intermediate die shape of a multistage profile drawing for producing a linear motion guide (LM) guide is proposed.
