Abstract. Electron Multiplying Charge Coupled Device (EMCCD) is a kind of high sensitive imaging device, widely used in shimmer detection field. The paper proposed a design of image processing system for CCD201, an EMCCD with high frequency and high sensitivity of E2V Corporation. We selected the Xilinx product ZYNQ-7000 series, based on ARM+FPGA architecture, as the processor. According to the amount of image data and the complexity of image processing, the specific model was determined as ZYNQ-7030. We designed a set of memory system out of chip and communication interface for the processor. To improve power conversion efficiency and minimize the system, a 4-channel DCDC micro-module LTM4644 was selected. LTM4644 has lower output voltage ripple than common DCDC part and can meet the power noise request of the system.

This paper designs multi-core and multi-channel physical education (PE) teaching innovation management platform and introduces TIM theory, so as to collect the transmission speed of video signal for different number of nuclei and the number of channels' teaching management platform. It has found from the calculating that, when the nuclear number is 1, and the channel number is 2, the speed of data transmission signal is the lowest, and the theoretical value is 5.6, the measured value is 5.5, namely the theoretical value is consistent with the measured value. When the nuclear number is 4, and the channel number is 8, the speed of data transmission signal is the highest, and the theoretical value is 9.6, the measured value is 9.7, namely the theoretical value also consistent with the measured value. So in the design of PE teaching innovation management platform, it needs to synthetically consider the nuclear number of DSP and the channels number, so as to achieve the effects of optimization design for the teaching management platform.

In order to improve the imaging quality in extremely low illumination situation, a driving circuit of high resolution and sensitivity camera was developed to use back illumination. Frame transfer electron multiplying gains (EMCCD) with 1024×1024 pixels named CCD201 from UK E2V technologies. The circuit uses integrated CMOS driver EL7457 and EL7156 as the driving module. A programmable control voltage power source was adopted for the electron multiplying voltage to realize program-EM control. A bias voltage circuit with a high efficiency and precision was designed for the CCD201 complex voltage supply system.
