This paper is to progress a barring and controlling structure for automotive engines so that, the vehicle will not commence without checking the presence of alcohol mechanism and even in safe journey, it would continuously check alcohol consumption. This module will yield the benefit of a previous existence and upcoming existence using Alcohol sensor. Our developed instrument is based on the GPS and GSM technology. Without any guidance of web service one can directly communicate embedded system with mobile through interfacing GSM to Microcontroller. GPS unit receives the exact location of automobile with meridians and parallels. The next process can be implemented by sending messages to respective owners of the vehicles via GSM. Once the engine off, engine control can be handover to the owner or relatives. Ultrasonic Device is also used to prevent the collision with other ground vehicles due to the occurrence of sudden engine off. The expected design for the accident deterrence module can be applied in our day -to- day life in order to upsurge road safety.
