“…This paper presents a novel photonic circuit capable of implementing the AND/NAND logic operations simultaneously over two electro-optic modulated MZIs using a lithium niobate substrate. Compared with previous works [9] , signal synchronization problems are eliminated in the device, and using only two MZIs, which facilitates greatly the enhancement of the signal quality as well as the mitigation of device insertion loss. Here, an analysis of the respective parameters affecting the device performance and the spectral behavior of the output port is conducted to achieve additional optimization of the device performance.…”
