The use of wearable equipment and sensing devices to monitor physical activities, whether for well-being, sports monitoring, or medical rehabilitation, has expanded rapidly due to the evolution of sensing techniques, cheaper integrated circuits, and the development of connectivity technologies. In this scenario, this paper presents a state-of-the-art review of sensors and systems for rehabilitation and health monitoring. Although we know the increasing importance of data processing techniques, our focus was on analyzing the implementation of sensors and biomedical applications. Although many themes overlap, we organized this review based on three groups: Sensors in Healthcare, Home Medical Assistance, and Continuous Health Monitoring; Systems and Sensors in Physical Rehabilitation; and Assistive Systems.

The focus of this paper is to implement an intelligent health care system based on internet of thing (IOT) for the measurement of the vital signs like pulse rate, temperature, spo2, ECG, using (ESP32 div kit v1) for wireless wearable sensor controller and raspberry pi 3 as a server. With the system proposed, the doctor can save work time to visit the patients that responsible about them and any facilitates monitoring the huge number of patients. The WI-FI technology is utilized as a communication tool to allow transmission the data remotely. The data of patient are sent to the web server to be stored in the database and view the data on the web page anywhere and anytime using smart devices and alert the doctor to any abnormal state. This work with the intelligent health care system provide an efficient medical service ,by collecting and recording the informant that include heart rate, ECG, temperature and spo2 that enable the doctor to monitor his patient with flexibility and confidence .

A Telementoria é uma subárea da Medicina que visa aproximar e permitir a assistência de profissionais de saúde geograficamente distantes. Entretanto, altos custos e a falta de mobilidade de equipamentos médicos dificultam a implantação desse tipo de sistema. Com o advento da área de Internet das Coisas, tornou-se possı́vel a miniaturização e popularização de dispositivos capazes de processar dados e se conectarem remotamente. O objetivo deste trabalho é apresentar um sistema de Telementoria conectado a uma plataforma robótica de baixo custo, permitindo o tráfego de áudio e vı́deo via smartphones entre profissionais da saúde, para o acompanhamento em tempo real de procedimentos, garantindo maior segurança e amparo para equipes médicas e pacientes.
